The Death of the Eccentric (and Relevant) Professor (and what ChatGPT will do)

 “The eccentric university professor is a species that is going to be extinct fast. Peter Thiel (in discussion with David Graeber) spot on in 2014. Exactly that happened. 

But now consider, what ChatGPT etc. will do? The bad currency now gets amplification by “artificial intelligence”. And I think the best description for ChatGPT might in fact would be: mediocrity amplifier (similar like its data-foundation Wikipedia).

Sounds like what happened in banking and investment in the last decades and worked perfectly well as we all know (2008, 2022, ...).

Es freut mich, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, mein Blog zu lesen. Natürlich sind viele Dinge, die ich hier diskutiere aus einem subjektiven Blickwinkel geschrieben. Vielleicht teilen Sie einige Ansichten auch nicht: Es würde mich jedenfalls freuen, Kommentare zu lesen...
